2010 Winemaker Dinner Series
The Duck Club Restaurant's wine program is renowned for its ongoing Winemaker's Dinner Series. Each event features a presentation from the winemaker and a specially prepared, multi-course meal that highlights the showcased wines. Winemaker Dinners have included Duckhorn Vineyards, Cakebread Cellars, Sonoma-Cutrer, DuMol Winery, Schramsberg Vineyards, Grgich Hills Estate, and many others.

Featured Wine of the Month
Starting on the first Wednesday of every month, both the Duck Club Restaurant and The Bistro at the Park feature a "Wine of the Month," and offer special tastings and wine-by-the-glass programs of this featured winery. No-Corkage Wednesdays Bring your favorite bottle of wine to dinner at the Duck Club Restaurant on Wednesday nights, and we will waive the corkage fee (limit one bottle per table please).

Executive Chef Chuck CourtneyUnder Chef Courtney's expert direction since 2006, all of the cuisine at the Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa is comprised of fresh, innovative dishes. His culinary approach is to create food that is delicious, contemporary and dedicated to using sustainable and locally grown ingredients. "The San Francisco Bay Area has such an abundance of fresh, organic food, it is a pleasure to create meals that use the bounty of our area," says Chef Courtney. "We also offer a generous wine list that focuses on the great wine regions of Northern California." Before coming to the Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa, Courtney was the Executive Chef at Citron in the 4-star, Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs where he won numerous accolades from Wine Spectator, The New York Times and Bon Appetit.
